At NerdPhone we try to make things as easy as possible. That’s why we’ve created low per-user costs, that include all of our standard features and unlimited usage! To determine your monthly phone bill, simply multiple the number of full time phone users you have in your office by the low monthly price. Because we charge per user and not per device that means you can have a phone at home and one at your office for the same low cost!

While striving to make the world of VoIP simple and easy, we’ve done away with contracts! That’s right…NO CONTRACTS! That means that if you decide to hire new employees you can add a phone to your system without extending a contract and if an employee quits you can disable their phone and no longer have to pay for that user. With appropriate communication, we can accommodate staff changes in real time.

We believe that you should never be surprised with a charge on your monthly NerdPhone bill. In an effort to be as transparent as possible, the following are potential additional costs:

• Applicable local sales tax.
• Additional local phone numbers. The per-user cost includes 1 local phone number. Additional local phone numbers are billed at $5 each.
• Toll-free phone numbers. Based on the nature of toll-free service, toll-free numbers are billed at $5 each.
• Automatic call recording. All calls are automatically recorded (+ $5 per user per month).
• Media Messaging Service. Send and receive text messages with images. (+ $5 per phone number on your account configured for that capability).
• Desktop App: Use a program on your computer for calling and texting. ($2 per app per month)
